Jeffrey J. Jaime is an accomplished entrepreneur, author, and leadership strategist dedicated to helping people and organizations move from surface-level inspiration to lasting transformation. He is the CEO of Taurean General Services, a cybersecurity and IT solutions firm serving both government and commercial clients, and co-owner of Fetch & Friskers, a thriving pet retail brand in Texas.

A former U.S. Air Force Cyberspace Operations Officer with 22 years of service, Jeff brings a unique blend of technical precision and heart-centered leadership to everything he does. He is the author of From Glow to Glue: An Inspired Leadership Strategy That Sticks—a groundbreaking book that teaches leaders how to build emotionally connected, purpose-driven cultures where trust and meaning thrive.

Jeff holds a Master’s in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University and is a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School for Professional Psychology. He is also a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Certified Dream Manager, CISSP, Colson Fellow, and graduate of The Berkeley CEO Program and Bell Leadership Institute.

Beyond business, Jeff founded The Goodness Factory, a nonprofit platform inspiring generosity and community impact. His work combines neuroscience, faith, and practical leadership tools to combat the global disengagement crisis and reignite purpose in workplaces worldwide.
